The Alarctic Alpines is a north pole continent that stretches around Planet Hetra's northern hemisphere and almost takes up most of the planet's oceanic space. Up here in the Alpines, there are many snow storms and blizzards. There are also recurring hailstorms with their ice balls being as massive as a basketball. Many Alarctic creatures live here, with there being Pangolin Polar Bears which can survive the recurring storms. It's also possible to live here. The Alarctic Alpines is also a place where Seapertant Batragons call home.

This Ice Palace is or what was left from Queen Eira’s Reign. Her Kingdom from a long time ago.
And before it became one of the World's Wonders, The Ice Palace, was once a sanctuary for an Ice Giant named Ischvnielle, who had insane ice powers (after Queen Eira’s Reign). But as time passed, Ischvnielle, her powers ate her up, due to a corruption curse that was placed by The Dregalosaurus, Regaris.
The Ice Palace rises from the frozen tundra like a crystalline mountain, its spires reaching hundreds of feet into the stormy sky. The entire structure is carved from—or perhaps grown from—pure glacial ice that never melts, even under the rare moments of sunlight that break through the blizzards. The ice itself has an ethereal blue glow that pulses faintly, as if the palace has a heartbeat of its own.
The main keep consists of seven interconnected towers, each one representing a different aspect of Queen Eira's reign. Intricate frost patterns crawl across every surface like living artwork, and the walls seem to shift and shimmer depending on the angle of view. Grand archways lead into vast halls where ice chandeliers hang from vaulted ceilings, and frozen waterfalls cascade in perpetual stillness throughout the interior chambers.
During Queen Eira's reign, the palace was a beacon of civilization in the harsh Alarctic wilderness. Her court was known for hosting grand winter festivals, and her throne room—the Hall of Eternal Frost—was said to be the most beautiful chamber ever constructed. The throne itself was carved from a single massive ice crystal and decorated with frozen flowers that bloomed year-round through Eira's ice magic.
After her reign ended, the palace was abandoned for centuries. The halls that once echoed with laughter and music fell silent, and the snowstorms grew fiercer around the structure, as if nature itself mourned the loss of its queen.
When the Ice Giant Ischvnielle discovered the abandoned palace, she saw it as the perfect refuge. Her powers were immense—she could summon blizzards with a wave of her hand and freeze entire lakes with a breath. The palace responded to her magic, expanding and reshaping itself to accommodate her massive form.
For years, Ischvnielle lived in relative peace, adding her own touches to the palace. She created the Frozen Garden, a courtyard filled with ice sculptures of every creature she'd ever encountered. She expanded the lower levels, creating vast chambers of ice that stretched deep beneath the surface.
But The Dregalosaurus Regaris had other plans. His corruption curse was subtle at first—small whispers in her mind, strange dreams, frost that crept a little too eagerly from her fingertips. By the time Ischvnielle realized what was happening, the curse had already taken root.
